The school owns and manages its own properties and facilities, and as a janitor, you, together with your janitorial colleague, will have great opportunities to drive and shape the maintenance and development of the school grounds.

We are now looking for a janitor who, together with the current janitor, wants to contribute the best service, quality, and development, and who is willing to go the extra mile for our participants, employees, and external contacts. Responsibilities

The tasks can vary widely, and you have great opportunities to plan your own work. The assignment consists of the usual tasks of a janitor and includes the daily operations with property maintenance and associated tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in similar work at a school. The position also involves some administrative work, so a certain level of computer skills is required. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You will be driving a car as part of your duties, so a B driver's license and driving experience are required.

To thrive in the role of janitor, you need to be service-oriented and focus on the best interests of the organization. As a person, you are positive and solution-focused, which means you see solutions instead of problems and can also come up with new ideas and suggestions. You have the ability to work independently and in a team. You are structured and plan your day based on the tasks you have. In addition to collaborating with colleagues, you will also have a lot of contact with our external contacts and other staff, which requires you to have good collaboration skills and be good at establishing and maintaining good relationships.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement.
