Are you a leader with experience in operational activities? As an Operational Leader at SJ, you will lead and motivate cleaning staff to ensure that our trains are clean and intact before passengers board.

Your upcoming role

In the role of Operational Leader Comfort, you will be responsible for leading the cleaning process and other comfort-related activities on SJ's trains. You will supervise and motivate comfort operators working in teams on board our trains. It is important that you effectively lead and distribute tasks while having an economic mindset to save resources.

You will work in the field and ensure that the trains are clean and intact before passengers board. You are operationally responsible for the staff during your shift and ensure that the work flows smoothly and efficiently. Since trains arrive at and depart from the depot around the clock, this role involves full-time work in three shifts at Malmö depot.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning staff and provide necessary information for the work.
• Prioritize and redistribute tasks as needed.
• Plan for upcoming shifts.
• Receive status reports from staff and be responsible for reporting and documenting deviations in quality and monitoring systems.
• Participate in and lead operational meetings.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Head of Operational Management.

• High school education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Experience in cleaning operations
• Driving license B
• Experience in rail traffic is an advantage
