About the role

As a car care specialist with us, you will:

• Perform car washing, reconditioning, and polishing
• Work both independently and in a team
• Focus on providing high service and creating a positive experience for our customers
• The scope of tasks may include a supervisory responsibility, ensuring that work processes run smoothly and that the team delivers according to expectations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is cheerful, social, and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys collaborating with others, both customers and colleagues
• Is stress-resistant, flexible, and service-oriented
• Has a meticulous and responsible approach to your work
• Is a responsible person with leadership qualities and has experience in managing and motivating employees
• Has at least 3 years of experience in polishing and wet sanding, which you can substantiate with previous work experience
