-We are a company that works with cleaning and washing of properties. This can include washing of roofs, facades, stone, decking, windows, and more.

-We also paint many roofs, so experience in painting is advantageous but not required.

-Our clients include private individuals, companies, housing cooperatives, and the public sector.

-We aim to simplify the market within property cleaning and offer a very attractive product and service that generates many satisfied customers. At our company, we prefer to see the solution rather than the problem!

-Our work is environmentally friendly as we often use Ultra pure water or high-pressure washing with regular water.

-We place great importance on your personal qualities to maintain a very good service and thus have repeat customers!

-We are looking for someone who takes great personal responsibility, shows initiative, and is essentially self-reliant. You have technical knowledge and your ambition is to always provide a professional and efficient service.

-You are meticulous, structured, responsible, and proactive. Your social, cheerful, and positive attitude, even in stressful situations, rubs off on your colleagues.

-You have a good ability to interact with customers. If you can also sell our services and estimate jobs when needed, it is very advantageous but absolutely not required.

-Previous experience as a cleaning technician is highly advantageous but not required.

-You enjoy outdoor work all year round and can work independently or with a colleague.

-You are used to physical work and have a good basic physique! (Which is needed for this job).

-Fluent Swedish in speech and writing as well as a Driver's License (B) are required.

-This is a fun, free, and developing job where you will travel around with our company car in large parts of Östergötland and sometimes beyond. Your previous professional experiences may vary, the main thing is your personality and willingness to learn.
