Hörbybostäder AB manages 395 apartments with an area of just over 27,000 sqm. The company also owns premises of just over 1,400 sqm. The company also handles property management for Hörby Municipality's Industrial Property AB.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning of office premises (head office) and our operational facility
• Apartment cleaning after renovation or move-out
• Stair cleaning (about 10 properties)
• Environmental room cleaning (surface layers)

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible. You have good social skills and enjoy both independent tasks and collaborating with colleagues to solve a task. It is common to work under some time pressure, so you should be comfortable with having a lot to do and can plan your work. We place great importance on personal qualities and value employees who contribute to a good atmosphere and helpfulness. To understand instructions and communicate with our customers, it is a requirement that you can speak and write Swedish. Previous experience in cleaning is also a requirement. As a cleaner, you will work with cleaning the common areas of our property portfolio; construction cleaning may also be included. A B driver's license is required. Training in quality cleaning and INSTA 800 level 1-2 is an advantage. The position is 80-100% and the working hours are scheduled for daytime.
