About the job

Position type: Permanent full-time employment, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-03-23 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early morning, daytime, late evening, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:

• Ensure that the daily operations on the shop floor run smoothly by leading and distributing the work.
• Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues to ensure our customers leave the store feeling they had a world-class customer experience.
• In collaboration with the Sales Manager, be responsible for planning, following up, and developing the work in the dairy/cheese and deli department.
• Work to coordinate resources and ensure that skills are used effectively to achieve set goals.
• Contribute to providing our customers with a fresh and inviting dairy/cheese and deli department.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

You report to the Fresh Produce Sales Manager, who has personnel responsibility for the department.

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and a desire to inspire and develop others is a given for you. Do you have a great interest in fresh produce and selling goods? Great! Do you have previous leadership experience – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school diploma and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Have a couple of years of previous experience working in a store within the Fresh Produce area.
• If you have previous experience in leadership, store economics, and sales, it is an advantage.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
