Where you will work

Berga is a nursing home with places for dementia and care needs. The residence is located in Bergshamra with a view of Edsviken and Värtan. There are beautiful walking paths around the residence. Bergshamra center is within walking distance with proximity to the subway and buses. Currently, we have an ongoing pipe replacement in part of the property, which reduces the number of available apartments from 96 to 40.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes mentoring the nursing assistants working night shifts, ensuring that residents get a good night's sleep, and contacting relatives as needed. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly others, both internal and external contacts, to ensure good care.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Night Nurse for a temporary position with a workload of 100% starting from 2026-05-01 to 2026-09-01.

• Licensed nurse

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care.

To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
