First Hotel Statt is a classic hotel located in Höga Kusten in central Örnsköldsvik. The hotel, built in 1913, proudly carries its rich history and, with its location near the guest harbor, is a beloved landmark in Örnsköldsvik.

As a receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service. You are the spider in the web who ensures that the guest is always the focus. You go through the arrival list and pay attention to the details, making sure that the guest's wishes are fulfilled. You always have a smile on your face and a creative solution in your back pocket. You solve most issues and are a star at turning an unhappy guest into a satisfied one. Your responsibilities also include administrative work and sales tasks. Working at the reception involves checking in and out hotel guests, welcoming them, and providing the information they need about their stay. You manage bookings in the Stay In Touch system and handle administrative tasks and systems related to the guests. Our restaurant is also located in the hotel, and the receptionist manages bookings in the Easy Table system for table reservations.

All work is done with guest satisfaction and sales in focus.

The hotel is open 24/7, so it is important that you enjoy working shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends). To fit into this role, we believe you have well-developed social skills and can handle many different things happening simultaneously. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.

You also have experience and knowledge in using a computer as a working tool. Since the job largely involves communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage. However, your personal qualities and attitude are the most important. To fit into this role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.

The position is a temporary part-time employment, starting in June until the end of August. It is crucial that you can work throughout the entire period.
