About the Position

We are looking for someone interested in a need-based employment as a bus driver at our depot in Mölndal starting in April 2026.

Since 2020, Transdev has been operating scheduled traffic in Gothenburg, Mölndal, and Partille, and today our driver workforce consists of more than 1000 drivers. As a bus driver at one of our depots, you will work among colleagues with a strong family bond and warm team spirit. Every day, we strive to create attractive public transport with the customer in focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus in scheduled traffic

• Provide our passengers with a simple, safe, and pleasant journey

• Operate the vehicle according to the law

• Greet and welcome passengers on board the bus

• Report traffic disruptions and deviations to traffic management

• Report vehicle faults and damages to the bus

Important for the role of a bus driver is also your driving ability! You are a skilled driver who operates the vehicle in a safe and secure manner with environmental consideration at the core. You are responsible and can remain calm even in stressful traffic and customer situations.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid D driver's license

• Possess a valid Professional Competence Certificate (YKB)

• Have a driver card for digital tachograph according to the Transport Agency

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
