We are now looking for self-driven employees for outdoor maintenance for the summer of 2026!

This is a temporary employment that will last throughout the 2026 season.

Start: By agreement, earliest April 1st. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 Scope: Full-time, time period by agreement Location: Greater Stockholm, starting point Hagsätra/Bandhagen.

The company works with outdoor maintenance and property management for housing associations, property companies, and businesses around Greater Stockholm. The operations include, among other things, green area maintenance, gardening, and maintenance of outdoor environments to create pleasant and well-kept areas.

With a focus on quality, service, and efficiency, we deliver professional services in outdoor maintenance and ensure that our clients' properties are kept in good condition throughout the summer season.

The work areas are distributed throughout Greater Stockholm.

Your tasks will mainly consist of various types of outdoor maintenance and gardening. This may include lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of yards and green areas.

The work is done both independently and in teams where you collectively are responsible for the maintenance of several properties during the day.

You will work with various machines and tools used in green area maintenance, so you need to be careful and responsible in your work.

The work is physical and takes place outdoors in various weather conditions.

As a person, you are driven and have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner. You enjoy physical work and being outdoors during the workday.

You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a high level of engagement in your work. Working in a team is a given for you while you can also take personal responsibility when needed.

Furthermore, we see that you have a positive attitude, are punctual, and contribute to a good working environment.

• Completed upper secondary education.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Basic knowledge of English.

• Good physical ability.

• Driver's license B.

• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or gardening.

• Experience working with machines for green area maintenance (lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.).
