Operations Technician/ Property Technician with a focus on maintenance, operations, and energy optimization

Do you want to work broadly with technical responsibility and contribute to stable, safe, and energy-efficient property operations? As an operations technician at Stiftelsen Orustbostäder, you will be an important part of our management organization. You represent Stiftelsen Orustbostäder in our properties and create security through a professional and service-oriented approach. Often, you are the one on-site helping tenants understand and resolve issues related to indoor climate and operations, thus being a central part of their experience with us as a landlord.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervision and maintenance of the properties' technical systems within heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and water.
• Energy monitoring, operational optimization, reporting, and work with control and regulation technology.
• Coordinate, order, and follow up on work performed by contractors.
• Supervision of fire protection systems (fire alarms and sprinklers).
• Handle and follow up on fault reports from our tenants regarding indoor climate issues.
• Monitoring of regulatory requirements such as OVK, elevators, pressurized equipment, and fire protection.
• Backup for property caretakers during peak work periods or absences.

We are looking for someone who has

• very good language skills in Swedish.
• upper secondary education in construction, electricity, or operations, or a vocational education in property management.
• experience in technical property operations or HVAC, ventilation, electricity, or property management.
• good system understanding within heating, ventilation, and control/regulation.
• good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
