ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry that has several production sites, workshop, and dealership facilities in Sweden. We now need to hire an experienced Facility Technician with broad knowledge for the customer's five facilities in Skåne. The Role

As a Facility Technician, you will work broadly and independently with varying tasks within the framework of our operation and maintenance assignment with the customer - for example, electrical, HVAC, construction. You will work from your home and a service vehicle is included. The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Supervision and maintenance of the properties' operational systems.
• Plan long-term property maintenance.
• Primarily corrective maintenance - troubleshooting and resolution.
• Work with operation, development, and optimization of operational systems.
• Ongoing work with improvements and some documentation.
• Responsible for follow-up and reporting in the issue management system as well as to the customer.
• Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the customer's technical guidelines.
• Participate in various customer projects.
• Perform task-based work beyond the contract.
• Be an active initiator in the daily development of our delivery, both internally and towards the customer.
• When needed, be responsible for ordering materials and assist with work quotes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with broad knowledge in property management. We believe you have relevant education and several years of experience in the industry. You are very self-sufficient and confident in your role, as well as an engaged and driven person who wants to take an important role in an organization with a strong forward momentum. You possess the skills needed to solve varying tasks within property management and maintenance, but you also bring humility and creativity that allows you to find ways forward even when your own expertise does not cover everything.

You seek improvement opportunities and engage in dialogue about these with relevant parties. You see the value of working in a planned and structured manner, where you have the ability to work proactively rather than reactively.

You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good IT skills – e.g., Microsoft Office and issue management systems. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

You are service-oriented and have a positive character. You are also good at communicating with different people, recognizing the importance of maintaining good dialogue regarding ongoing work. For you, it is natural to provide feedback to relevant parties. You want to develop and are driven by furthering your technical skills.
