About the position:

As a workshop coach, you will play a central role in our operations. You will lead and support our technicians in their daily work, focusing on creating an efficient and profitable environment. You will collaborate closely with various departments both internally and externally, as well as with other companies within the Bilia group. Your role also involves coaching and motivating a group of technicians to achieve set financial goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote a positive group dynamic.

What we expect from you:

We are looking for someone with experience in personnel and results responsibility, who is passionate about leadership and coaching. Automotive technical knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. A B driver's license is a must, and knowledge of Tacdis and Cabas is advantageous. We prefer you to be a natural leader with a strong interest in developing and supporting others.
