The orthopedic clinic at Sundsvall Hospital is part of the regional orthopedic service. We provide both planned and emergency services focused on orthopedic injuries and diseases. At our clinic, we receive patients who need the various specialist skills of the orthopedic clinic.

We are now looking for another nursing assistant to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

Nursing Assistant to the Orthopedic Clinic, Sundsvall

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a varied job where you are an important part of the multiprofessional team, as you work closely with doctors and other staff categories. As a nursing assistant at the orthopedic clinic, you will have the opportunity for your own areas of responsibility where you can deepen your competence in a specific area and contribute to the development of the operations. The work consists of standard clinic tasks such as:

• booking patient appointments
• wound dressings
• removing sutures
• preparations for injections under fluoroscopy.

With us, you will work daytime Monday to Friday with the possibility of flexible working hours and a wellness hour per week or wellness allowance.

You who apply for this position enjoy working with both older and younger patients, as you need to demonstrate social competence and convey a positive attitude and good service in patient contacts and collaboration with colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid nursing assistant education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

• Have work experience from clinic work
