Supervisor for Summer Workers in Västerås

Your Responsibilities

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for a group of summer workers who will strengthen our efforts in centers, preschools, and schools during the summer of 2026. The job involves overseeing a group of 5 summer workers based in Tunbytorp. Your tasks will also include maintenance and cleaning of centers, Lögarängen, schools, and preschools.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed high school and has experience working with children and youth, for example, within sports organizations or similar activities. You have a B driver's license and enjoy a role that combines working with people and practical tasks. It is an advantage if you have training in child or youth activities as well as knowledge of plant care and green areas.

As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You organize your work independently and drive your processes forward in a safe and efficient manner. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and work attentively and smoothly with others. With a service-oriented and professional approach, you contribute to creating the best possible interactions in everyday life.

Additional Information

This position is a fixed-term full-time employment from June 8 to August 7.

During the interview, you will need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID.
