QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment and a genuine interest in meeting people based on their individual needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability but would like you to have completed or be pursuing education in healthcare and social services, or other relevant education. Are you studying pedagogy or behavioral science? Then you are also warmly welcome to apply!

Previous experience in care work or professions where you have met people is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who:

• is responsible and flexible
• can collaborate but also work independently
• is computer literate and can express themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

A B driver's license may sometimes be a requirement.

We prefer that you are at least 18 years old, but even those younger are welcome to apply.

You need to present a certificate from the police's criminal record for work with children and youth under 18 years. Order the certificate in good time via polisen.se (Certificate for work with children with disabilities). The certificate must be shown to the recruiting manager.
