Ragn-Sells operates at three facilities on the island where we work with the collection and treatment of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste from businesses and operations. Every day we ensure that resources are handled correctly and get new life in the cycle.

With us, you become part of a close-knit and dedicated team of about 15 colleagues – facility workers and drivers who support each other and take pride in their professional skills. Around us, there are also transport planning, administration, and a present section manager who provides support in everyday life.

Your tasks

As a facility worker at Ragn-Sells on Gotland, you work at the heart of the circular operation. You are an important part of ensuring that waste is received, handled, and treated safely and efficiently. The work is varied, physical, and takes place both indoors and outdoors. Safety, accuracy, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. As a C-driver, you are responsible for the collection and transport of non-hazardous waste from businesses around the island. You drive a load carrier and are the company's face to the customer. The work is independent, but you are part of a team where planning and collaboration are crucial for the everyday functioning smoothly.

Your profile

We see that you have a CE driver's license and a machine operator's license for a loader. You have good computer skills and master Swedish well, both in speech and writing. Experience from the waste, recycling, or transport industry is an advantage, but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you are service-oriented, responsible, and self-driven, while also having good collaboration skills and contributing to a positive work environment. We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who wants to be a long-term part of our dedicated team on Gotland.
