Have a wonderful Gotland summer with us at Ljugarn Semesterby in the summer of 2026.

We are looking for cleaning staff for Ljugarn Semesterby. The facility is located in one of the most popular tourist destinations in Gotland, Ljugarn, which is situated on the eastern side of the island. The facility is located on Ljugarn's beach with a fantastic view of the beach and the sea. The facility has guests who choose various accommodation options such as tents, glamping, caravans, or cabins.

Ljugarn Semesterby in Gotland is a nature-friendly and beach-close cabin and camping site located by one of Gotland's finest and most child-friendly sandy beaches. From the cabins and caravans, it is less than 100 meters to Ljugarn's beach. The beach is child-friendly and shallow. The facility has been highly regarded for more than 50 years.

During the summer, Ljugarn is bustling with life and it is a fantastic and fun summer memory to work in Ljugarn. You will work to provide each guest with the best service. You should be open, cheerful, and have an easy time connecting with people while being able to set boundaries. The work requires you to be meticulous, service-oriented, and proactive.

Job Responsibilities

Ljugarn Semesterby is looking for cleaning staff who can make our guests feel at home. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for inspecting cabins and cleaning glamping tents, cabins, service buildings, and common areas of the facility. You will ensure that our premises look pleasant and report if anything needs to be addressed. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and laundry. It is preferable that you have training in cleaning services so that you are familiar with different cleaning materials, etc. You will have daily contact with our guests, and we will place great importance on personal qualities.

We would like you to have/be:

• previous experience in cleaning jobs, preferably from hotels or camping cleaning, and ideally have training in cleaning services.
• meticulous and structured.
• quality-conscious and enjoy service.
• self-motivated.
• fluent in Swedish and English.
• good service skills.
• positive and have a cheerful demeanor. You enjoy working independently and in a team.
• an eye for keeping your workplace clean and tidy.

We are a team of about 8-10 during the summer season at the facility.

We offer freedom with responsibility and we have a collective agreement. The work is scheduled and includes both daytime/evening/weekend shifts. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage but not a requirement.
