ABOUT THE ROLE

The position of Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in our Housekeeping department means that you, in close collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, have full control over what happens in the department. In this role, you will be responsible for staffing and scheduling, quality assurance, and ensuring that the hotel is always sparkling clean.

Furthermore, the following tasks are included:

- Room inspections and ensuring quality according to LQA standards

- Work distribution within the department

- Planning and follow-up of deep cleaning

- Ensuring smooth internal communication

- Introduction and training of new employees

The Housekeeping department works to ensure that efficiency is combined with quality and is looking for someone who can work both efficiently and has an eye for detail. It will sometimes require a lot of work, so being stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and having the ability to perform physically demanding tasks is a must. For the right person, it will be both developing, rewarding, and above all, a lot of fun.

Working hours are scheduled for all days of the week between 07:00 – 22:30.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Positive, structured, and passionate with an eye for detail
• Has a few years of professional experience - preferably with international experience.
• You have previous experience and/or education in hotels.
• Previous experience working with the hotel system Opera by Fidelio or similar systems.
• Everyone working with us must be at least 18 years old and speak good Swedish and English. Additional languages in this international environment are, of course, a plus. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
