You should be meticulous, efficient, and organized with a keen eye for detail.

The property has no elevator, which requires you to have the physical ability to go up and down stairs.

The work is scheduled weekly and may include extra shifts as needed.

Work every day of the week according to the weekly schedule.

The tasks consist of cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning, cleaning of fridge/freezer/windows, etc.), laundry, and ironing.

The work is done in a team with other cleaners as well as independently (self-directed work according to schedule). The position is 100% based on the schedule, including weekends.

It is advantageous if you speak fluent Spanish.
