About the position

Our client is looking for an employee for service delivery in coffee and vending with immediate employment start. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance and replenishment of approximately 130 coffee machines and a dozen vending machines at our client in Solna. You will become a central part of their service delivery and ensure that both employees and visitors always have access to coffee and other products.

Tasks that may be included in the role:

Packing and preparing carts for daily service
Regular service and cleaning of coffee machines
Replenishing goods
Changing hygiene kits in machines
Disposing of packaging, grounds, etc.
Simple troubleshooting repairs for reported issues
Inventory, ordering, and unpacking of goods
Reading and following up on meter readings

About you

We are looking for someone who has another primary occupation of at least 50% (studies or another job) and who can combine this with work with us. We see that you are flexible and can step in at short notice and work different shifts.

For this role, it is desirable that you have previous work experience in service – for example, from restaurants, cleaning, or similar. If you have previous experience working in a healthcare environment or handling coffee machines, that is also a plus.

Personal qualities

If you are someone who enjoys collaborating with others and is flexible and adaptable as the work pace may vary, this could be the right role for you. You also understand the importance of building good relationships and contributing to a positive atmosphere at work. As part of this recruitment process, it may be relevant to conduct a personality test.

Formal qualifications

Available to work at least 3 days/week
Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
Has high school qualifications or equivalent
Computer skills
Previous experience in a similar role, such as:

Experience from service occupations
Experience from healthcare environments

Location: Solna, Stockholm
Working hours: The working hours are mainly during the day on weekdays but also include partially inconvenient working hours (from 6:00 AM in the morning and possibly weekends).
