About the assignment

A family in Nynäshamn needs help with caring for a 4-year-old, there is also an older sibling who does not need care. The care can be on weekdays in the afternoons with pick-up or during the day on weekends.

Good salary - We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, which is why we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15-148.67 SEK/hour including vacation pay. The base salary for employees over 20 years old is 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
