Mechanic / Technician Wanted at Bil o Fritid in Trollhättan

Bil o Fritid in Trollhättan Workshop is growing and we need more staff. We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a Mechanic / Technician and has computer skills. We are happy to hire a junior with good computer skills and a burning interest in cars. A driver's license for C1 and BE is beneficial but not required.

When you work as a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need to have the ability to create long-term customer relationships. The position involves service, repairs, and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light trucks of most brands.

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

• A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics
• Documented relevant education
• Documented experience working as an automotive mechanic
• Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Good communication skills
• A good customer service attitude

• Reliable and willing to perform
• Good computer knowledge (not just playing Minecraft and Fortnite)

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can also work under pressure. You easily absorb new instructions, and we see it as a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense of service. A minimum B driver's license is required.

The position is a full-time job. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent position and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
