Augstens farm is located in southern Gotland in Vamlingbo. The animals are milked in two shifts and there is space for 100 milking cows in the loose housing. The farm also has recruitment and young stock.
We cultivate 200 hectares of land where we grow cereals, grass, and corn. Our goal is to meet our own needs for the high-quality feed required for optimal production.
We are looking for a seasonal employee who can start as soon as possible and work until October. Some animal care will be included in the tasks as needed. The majority of the work will be related to driving during harvest, preparations for silage harvest, and grain harvest such as washing of the silos, maintenance of machinery, maintenance of fences, and maintenance of buildings.
We perform all driving ourselves except for corn chopping. We have a mixed fleet of both old and new machines.
