Dedicated Barn Manager Wanted at Augstens Farm

Augstens farm is located in southern Gotland in Vamlingbo. The animals are milked in two shifts and there is space for 100 milking cows in the loose housing. The farm also has recruitment and young stock.
We cultivate 200 hectares of land where we grow grains, grass, and corn. Our goal is to meet our own needs for the high-quality feed required for optimal production.
We are now looking for a dedicated barn manager with experience in agriculture and milk production who wants to share the responsibility for the daily operations together with the owner. The person we are looking for needs to have a good eye for animals and be solution-oriented, as well as having good physical fitness since the work is physically demanding to some extent. You also need to be able to drive a tractor and loader.
It is important that you can work independently and in a team. We will place great emphasis on experience and independence as it is a small workplace.
Seminar training is an advantage but not a requirement.
