Do you want to grow with us? We are in a phase where we are preparing for the future, and we hope you want to join us on this journey as a machine operator – a job that is perfect for you who enjoy being outdoors in the forest and prefer shift work!
With us, the forest, the people, and the businesses grow.
We are now looking for two forest machine operators for two of our machine teams where you will drive forwarders in a clear-cutting team or harvesters in a thinning team. As a machine operator, you have the important task of harvesting and transporting timber to a road where it is then picked up for further transport to industries. Our goal is to harvest the forest in the most sustainable way possible, where you will be an important player in making decisions on how it should be done.
In your daily work, you will work together with your colleagues towards set goals, and you will plan and execute the work yourself within the group. The goal is to carry out the assignment as qualitatively and efficiently as possible at the best possible cost.
In addition to driving, ground work such as service and maintenance of the machines and financial follow-up is also included. The environment and the control systems you work with are digital and IT-based.
The role of the machine operator places high demands on safety, so it is important to work based on common sense and always follow the safety procedures of the machines.
The current work area for the forwarder operator is in Hagfors and surrounding areas, while the harvester operator's work area is in Ekshärad and surrounding areas. The position reports to the intrapreneur.

To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you are safety-conscious and meticulous, and you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with experience in forest machine operation combined with relevant education.
Skills and qualifications that we believe you have:
- You have the ability to work systematically and efficiently, and as a person, you possess a drive to deliver good results
- You enjoy working together in teams, can take responsibility for setting goals and achieving results
- You are driven by curiosity and a desire to develop and grow
- You believe that sustainable forestry is the future and want to work for a company that places high value on health and safety, sustainability, and business benefits
- You handle the Swedish language fluently in speech and writing
- B driver's license
What we offer
With us, you will be part of our diversity-promoting work culture that helps you explore new perspectives and develop professionally. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a more sustainable world, as we believe that everything made from fossil-based materials today can be made from a tree tomorrow. To keep you safe at work, we support your physical and mental well-being.
