Job Responsibilities

As a transport coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Planning routes and assigning drives to drivers
• Following up on transports, drivers, and customer assignments
• Registering, receiving, and approving driving orders
• Managing deviations and customer cases
• Working with resource and capacity planning
• Being an important link between the transport office, sales, and customer service

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

• Experience or education in transport, logistics, or planning
• Understanding of cost-effective route planning
• Good IT skills and experience with digital systems
• Good geographical knowledge of Bergen and the surrounding area
• Knowledge of regulations in freight transport
• Good skills in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
