Job Responsibilities

· Drive taxi safely, securely, and efficiently within Malmö and the surrounding Skåne region.

· Maintain the condition of the vehicle – you are responsible for keeping the car clean, functional, and presentable.

· Greet customers with respect, kindness, and professionalism.

· Handle payments and follow the company's procedures for digital and cash transactions.

· Plan and navigate the best route to quickly and safely take customers to their destinations.

· Assist individuals with special needs, luggage, or mobility aids as necessary.

· Adhere to traffic regulations and the company's safety guidelines meticulously.

We are looking for someone who:

· Holds a valid B driver's license and taxi license issued by the Transport Agency.

· Speaks fluent Swedish. Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus as we have many international customers.

· Has good local knowledge of Malmö, Skåne, and surrounding areas, or is willing to quickly familiarize themselves with this using maps and GPS technology.

· Is flexible, service-oriented, and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Has a pleasant and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.

· Is punctual, responsible, and meticulous in their work.

· Can work days, evenings, and weekends and is open to shift work.

· Has a clean criminal record, which is required for the position.
