Production Leader at PostNord

We have three equally important business areas in the organization: letters, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven production leader for the letters business area.

You, us, and the job

As a production leader, you will be active in the daily work while leading our team of terminal workers. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. Working hours are scheduled from 14:30 to 22:30. Leadership for us means motivating each other to contribute to an innovation culture, which makes us the largest even tomorrow. It is crucial to attract, retain, and develop employees in a changing market. Nothing is impossible.

What you will do

• Be operationally responsible for the business within your area of responsibility
• Create motivation and engagement among employees
• Contribute to the transformation work to adapt the business to changed service offerings, new systems, and working methods
• Plan and follow up on the business within your area of responsibility

What you bring

• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education in leadership and logistics.
• Good leadership skills and an interest in leading.
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
