Graphic Assistant Wanted for Flexible Part-Time Job

ABOUT THE POSITION

Together with one of our clients in Stockholm, we are now looking for a Graphic Assistant who can work extra as needed. Our client is Europe's leading manufacturer of respiratory care products for use in ambulances, intensive care, emergency care, and anesthesia departments. Through close collaboration with healthcare, the company has created a unique and specialized product range. Today, our client has approximately 3,800 employees globally, and currently, there are 15 people working in the Swedish/Danish/Norwegian organization. The work is entirely remote. The time commitment varies depending on the client's needs – historically, an average of about 3 hours of work has been offered per month. However, some months may not offer any hours, while other months may offer up to 7 hours of work.

You will work independently but belong to a smaller team. This is a long-term consulting assignment through Academic Work. As a consultant, you will have great opportunities to grow professionally, build your network, and create valuable contacts for the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks include updating and quality assuring product catalogs and other marketing materials. You are responsible for ensuring that the information is correct and that the graphic layout maintains a high standard.

Update product catalogs
Ensure graphic quality and accuracy in documents.
Proofread and manage article numbers and images.
Work with documents that need to be adapted from PDF to Word format.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has experience with the tool InDesign
Is studying at a university or college at least 50% or has another main occupation of at least 50%
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish

It is a plus if you have experience working with product catalogs.
