We are looking for new part-time colleagues who, together with engaged coworkers, have the main task of providing support and creating a fun and meaningful everyday life for our elderly residents. This involves summer work as needed during the period of June to August.

Teamwork for Quality Care

We work in teams around the residents with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, activity coaches, and physiotherapists to offer health-promoting care and support of very high quality. This also means that you have solid support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles.

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide individual and secure care by working closely with the elderly and their relatives, viewing the elderly from a holistic perspective. You will also perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from a nurse. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving high-quality elderly care.

We need to ensure that you, who are applying for a job with us, have the right to work in Sweden. If you proceed in the process, we will request documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden.

We welcome applications from those who have experience in care work. We also welcome applications from those who are studying in a healthcare program, even if you are not yet fully qualified. To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old.

The positions will be located at our elderly homes in Sköndal, Nacka, or Tyresö – we are open to preferences regarding which location suits you best.

It is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you take initiative in your work and see what needs to be prioritized from a holistic perspective. You have a strong service mindset and are helpful towards your colleagues, ensuring that your tasks are completed in a quality manner. You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and meticulous.

Experience with documentation in journal systems is an advantage, as it is part of your daily work.

The position is a specific fixed-term employment with hourly pay.
