Job Description

Our client Saab Surveillance in Halmstad is now looking for driven, meticulous, and ambitious individuals who want to work with the manufacturing of defense electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assembly, soldering, and inspection. By demonstrating precision and commitment in your work, you will actively contribute to the production of high-quality and exciting products.

Fine mechanical assembly

The work takes place during daytime, Monday to Friday. The position is based in Halmstad, but to get into the role and learn the working methods and techniques properly, there may be work in Gothenburg for a week for training.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Electronics Assembler, we see that you have a strong interest in technology and electronics. You may have studied a technical education, or perhaps you build your own computers at home? You need to enjoy working with small components and thus be dexterous.

If you have previous experience working with mechanical assembly, soldering, assembly, and inspection under a microscope, that is an advantage. We believe that you have an interest and a willingness to learn and develop. As a person, we believe you are meticulous, systematic, and quality-conscious. The role of Electronics Assembler is challenging, fun, and requires good teamwork skills.
