Do you have experience as a machine operator and a strong technical interest? We are now looking for a meticulous and driven team player who wants to work daytime at a stable industrial company in Hyltebruk.

You will work at a well-established company with modern production and a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Here, you will be an important part of the production and work alongside engaged colleagues in an environment where development and improvement work is encouraged.

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating machines in production as well as ensuring that the work maintains high quality and flows efficiently. The position is daytime.

Tasks may include:

• Monitoring and operation of production machines

• Setting and adjusting machines

• Quality control and documentation

• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance

• Contributing to improvement work in production

We are looking for someone with a technical interest and previous experience in industry or production. You thrive in a practical role where precision and responsibility are important. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals.

To thrive in the role, you need to:

• Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Have basic knowledge of English

• Hold a B driver's license (requirement)

• Have access to your own car

• Forklift license is an advantage

• Previous experience as a machine operator or similar industrial role
