Nitator, with core processes in Hylte and Oskarström, provides a complete value chain that can handle both high and low volumes using highly automated manufacturing methods. Nitator utilizes the latest production technology, while employees have a very large and important role to fill. This has allowed individuals to keep pace with technology over the years.

Here you will have the opportunity to grow into the role of leader for the tool department, where top-class tools are developed and manufactured. You will enter an environment with both toolmakers and designers, and over time you will take full responsibility for leading, planning, and developing the department together with experienced colleagues. You will be a leader from the start but will initially receive the support you need to further embrace the role.

You will, among other things: • Be involved in the development of tool solutions for new projects • Support production and design with technical analyses and improvement suggestions • Communicate with both internal and external suppliers • Contribute to continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and sustainability • Over time, take on greater responsibility for planning, management, and personnel

This is a role for you who have technical competence in tools, production, or design, and who is attracted to grow into a leadership responsibility – in an organization that believes in long-term development.

Your interest in and technical knowledge of technology will be crucial. You likely have a technical education, preferably in mechanical or tool technology, and a few years of experience in production, design, or tool manufacturing. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a good understanding of manufacturing processes. Experience with CAD and working with tools is an advantage.

As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to engage others. You enjoy taking responsibility, collaborating, and seeing people grow. You thrive in an environment where technology meets people and where everyday life is characterized by improvement and forward-thinking.
