HSB Uppsala is one of Sweden's 23 regional HSB associations, and our area of operation covers Uppsala County. We are owned by our more than 24,000 members, and our mission is to collectively create good, sustainable housing. Our service offerings are broad and include newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and memberships for housing cooperatives and individual members. We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are housing cooperatives, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a carpenter with us, you are our face to the outside world. You solve everything from urgent repairs and maintenance work to larger renovations and extensions. You plan your days in consultation with the management, but you often drive your cases all the way from start to finish.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and execution of carpentry work in residential environments
• Variation between independent assignments and collaboration with colleagues
• Digital reporting of completed work and purchases, as well as close dialogue with customers
• On-call duty may occur

Requirements Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are a confident professional and enjoy meeting people. Since you work in people's home environments, your ability to communicate and leave things neat and tidy is as important as your craftsmanship skills.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Vocational certificate as a carpenter
• At least 5 years of experience (you are self-sufficient and solution-oriented)
• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Other

The position is a full-time position at HSB Boservice in Uppland, a subsidiary of HSB Uppsala. The placement is in Enköping and surrounding areas. We apply a six-month probationary period.
