Bolindergården's care and nursing home is located in the Norr district, near Munktellstaden. Bolindergården is currently divided into 3 units, with 3 managers who can provide close leadership. Bolindergården has a total of 60 apartments, 20 on each floor.

The vacant position is at Bolindergården 2, which is an elderly care department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you motivate and support our clients to have a meaningful, safe, and active everyday life. Your main tasks are to provide personal care and assist clients with their household chores. You need to feel comfortable receiving delegation as it is part of your job.

You will be the contact person for a number of clients in the residence. You establish and work according to implementation plans and ensure that guidelines and routines are followed. Part of the work also consists of administrative tasks, such as documenting in the Viva system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience working in elderly care. The position is located in an elderly care department, but it is beneficial if you have experience with BPSD and working with dementia and multi-sick patients. We also see that you have experience with documentation.

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in providing person-centered care. You have a good approach towards our clients and are solution-oriented when needed.

Information about protected title

To be able to obtain a permanent position, you need to show us proof of a protected professional title from the Socialstyrelsen. You apply for it on their website, and we recommend that you apply for it now. If you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, you only need to show a certificate of employment that states the title, type of employment, and duration of employment, proving that you are covered by the transition rules for permanent employees. If you have applied for and are waiting for proof of a protected professional title from the Socialstyrelsen, we can only offer you a temporary position as a care assistant for a maximum of 3 months.

As of March 1, 2026, new legal requirements will apply, which means we will require a background check before employment can be offered.
