Cibes Kalea Sweden continues to grow rapidly and is now looking for a Team Leader in Service & Repair for our regional office in Malmö. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team and contribute to the continued expansion and development of our business together with us.

About the position

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of service technicians and act as an important link between service, repair, warranty, and modernization assignments. The role is both operational and coordinating - you will switch between planning, customer dialogue, support for technicians, decision-making in urgent matters, and quotation work. This is a new role where you will be one of three team leaders to strengthen the organization as volumes and complexity increase. You will work closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure that incoming cases are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you have a central role in keeping the daily operations running. You are close to the technicians - both remotely and in the field - and ensure they have the right conditions to succeed in their assignments. As new cases come in, you make quick and wise prioritizations, distribute the work, and ensure that the right action is taken at the right time.

You often become the hub when something happens: urgent faults, warranty cases, inspection remarks, or repair needs - you receive, guide, and help the team find the solution. At the same time, you keep a watchful eye on the whole and ensure that all service and repair commitments are fulfilled as we promised our customers.

The role also involves continuous improvement work where you, together with colleagues, develop routines, working methods, and processes that make us even better. In contact with customers, you also work on preparing quotes and driving sales related to repairs.

You collaborate closely with both the modernization department and the other team leaders - a daily routine characterized by dialogue, problem-solving, and a shared focus on delivering really good service.

About you

You thrive in an environment where the pace is high, the tasks are many, and decisions are quick. You easily create structure even when conditions change. Solution-oriented, confident, and communicative. Flexible and quick to adapt. Familiar with technical environments and many points of contact. Relationship-building and customer-oriented. Structured but pragmatic - you prioritize the right things at the right time.

Qualifications

  • Experience from the elevator industry and/or previous work as a technician, planner, or team leader
  • Good ability to build relationships and thrive in a role with a lot of customer contact
  • Structured and self-driven work approach as well as a solution-oriented mindset
  • Driver's license B and good computer skills
  • Knowledge of both Swedish and English
