Haglöfs is looking for a Creative Lead to join the HQ marketing team. The role represents a chance to shape the future expression of the Haglöfs brand during a phase of growth and repositioning of the Haglöfs brand.

About the role

As Creative Lead, you drive Haglöfs creative production engine from idea to execution. You translate Category, Trade, and Sponsorship briefs into outstanding creative campaigns, and communicative content that stand out across all channels.

The Creative Lead owns the tonality, the visual guidelines and the creative concept in the brand platform and safeguards they are followed.

You will lead our in-house creative team (Project Lead, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Copywriter), collaborate with external agencies, and report directly to the CMO. This is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will art direct key campaigns and productions from concept through delivery.

Task and responsibilities

  • Lead the in-house creative team and the collaboration with external creative agencies to create outstanding content to be used across all marketing channels
  • Drive the continued development and implementation of the brand platform, including brand positioning, look & feel and tone of voice
  • Be responsible for translating marketing initiatives into channel specific content for Social media, PR, Communities, bought Media and Sponsorship activities
  • Do Art Direction for our campaigns and related productions
  • Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, launches, and initiatives
  • Create or oversee mood boards, and creative directions
  • Align visuals with copy, tone of voice, and storytelling
  • Art direct photo shoots and video productions (studio + outdoor locations)
  • Define casting, locations, styling, lighting, and overall visual tone
  • Stay on top of outdoor industry trends, consumer, and competitor activity and constantly challenges Haglöfs marketing team to think differently
  • Be the go-to person for all cross-functional strategic feedback on brand marketing and content creation efforts

Knowledge and Experience

  • University degree in Marketing Communication or Art
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing with experience from a creative agency or in-house (preferably as Art director, Creative lead or similar)
  • Experienced leader of teams
  • Good knowledge of the Adobe suite and other relevant tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Good knowledge of our industry

You will be based at our Stockholm office in Alvik. In late 2026 we will move to our new unique HQ office in the vibrant area- Slakthusområdet.
