Västmanlands Fastighetsskötsel AB is a locally rooted company focused on quality, service, and long-term customer relationships. We work with property maintenance and outdoor environments for the city of Västerås, housing associations, companies, and property owners in Västerås and surrounding areas.

In preparation for the spring and summer season, we are now looking for employees for seasonal employment in external property maintenance.

As a seasonal employee with us, you will work with the care and maintenance of our customers' outdoor environments. The tasks are varied and include maintenance of flower beds, bushes, trees, lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, hedge trimming, planting, as well as minor repairs and supervision of playgrounds and green areas. The work is primarily outdoors and requires good physical condition and a sense of responsibility.

We are looking for someone who has a B driver's license and experience in gardening and property maintenance. Knowledge of plants is an advantage, and you should be accustomed to working with machines such as lawn mowers and trimmers. Previous experience is preferred. As a person, you are self-reliant, responsible, meticulous, service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team. You enjoy practical work and thrive in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

The position is a full-time seasonal employment from 2026-04-01 to 2026-10-15, with the possibility of extension.
