Operations Technician for Critical Infrastructure in Kungsängen

Your Everyday Life – Technical Operations in a Security-Classified Environment

Region East's operations are carried out in Stockholm and Gotland counties, and this position is located in the Kungsängen operations district, covering the Livgardet area and parts of Sigtuna municipality. Currently, there are fifteen operation and property technicians working in the district. You will work with the operation and maintenance of a unique and critical property portfolio. Your tasks will include supervision and maintenance, self-checks, SBA work, as well as corrective and planned maintenance of buildings and technical installations.

You will manage and troubleshoot systems within:

• Heating and water supply
• Electrical and power supply
• Ventilation and air treatment
• Control, regulation, and monitoring systems

The work involves both independent responsibility and teamwork. You will have ongoing contact with customers and suppliers. Operation planning is done in Faciliate. On-call duty is included in the position, as well as travel within the district.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education or equivalent relevant technical training.

You have:

• experience in the operation and maintenance of technical systems
• experience in control and regulation technology
• experience in electricity or automation
• good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• good knowledge of administrative IT support systems
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish
• a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have experience in any of the following:

• work with self-checks / SBA
• work with chainsaws a/b
• experience in total defense operations

About the Employment

The position is a permanent employment and may start with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be placed in a military position. The place of employment is Kungsängen. Employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security class. A security review with a background check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
