About the Role

As a maintenance technician at Textilia Stockholm, you will be a key player ensuring that production can meet set goals.

You will ensure our production's high demands for availability and are passionate about technical development, aiming to minimize urgent maintenance and work proactively. Together with the local management team, you bear a clear responsibility for maintenance work and technical follow-up. You will be part of the local management team and report to the unit's site manager.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to work with and perform planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance based on our maintenance system MaintMaster.

You will work with:

  • Troubleshooting in both mechanics and electricity as well as process steam and boiler central.
  • Inspection of machines to detect deficiencies at an early stage.
  • In collaboration with the rest of the maintenance team, work to keep production disruptions at a low level.
  • Improvement work.
  • Other maintenance tasks.

Who are you?

You are resilient and used to working under high pressure and juggling multiple tasks. Additionally, you are curious and technically interested. You understand that preventive maintenance and improvement work on our production lines, in close collaboration with production staff, provide a good working environment and quality at all levels. Therefore, you are particularly careful to deliver a high level of service and availability when the need for your services is greatest. As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and open-minded. You are a valued teammate who enjoys working both independently and in a group. It is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Experience and Education

We prefer that you are a trained electrician or in automation with several years of experience. Experience from the food industry or other production activities is an advantage.
