We are looking for a service-oriented and self-driven Office Host who wants to help create a pleasant, functional, and welcoming office environment for our client, a company located north of Stockholm. The role combines daily internal service with elements of light janitorial work, where you will be an important part of the office's operational activities. Welcome with your application!

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30. The assignment is ongoing.Start: Immediately

About the role As an office host, you are the face of our employees and visitors. You work broadly to ensure a well-functioning workplace and take care of everything from daily service to simpler practical tasks. For more advanced technical or craft needs, you collaborate with external suppliers. The tasks may involve heavy lifting, which makes good physical ability important for this position.

Responsibilities

• Daily internal service for our employees
• Cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines
• Handling of fruit deliveries and restocking
• Receiving and managing error reports
• Preparing and checking conference rooms
• Furniture arrangement and simpler janitorial tasks
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing goods via the loading dock
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in all common areas

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, helpful, and enjoys a role where you can assist others. You are practical, have good physical ability, take responsibility, and collaborate easily with others.

We see that you have:

• Previous experience in some form of service work, e.g., restaurant, property management, janitorial, retail, or similar.
• High school education; we would like you to upload your grades/certificates along with your application
