As a setter at Prototal, you will have a central role in production. You will work in a technically advanced environment with many different tools, materials, and applications. Here we work with both volume plastics and engineering plastics, making material knowledge and process thinking an important part of everyday life.

You will work with startups, tool changes, process optimization, and troubleshooting, and you will have close collaboration with production, quality, and technology.

• Set and change tools in injection molding machines
• Start up and optimize processes with a focus on quality and stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational disturbances
• Work with many different materials and applications
• Create and maintain robot programs
• Document settings and process changes
• Collaborate with production and quality
• Ensure that work is carried out according to occupational health and safety regulations

We are looking for someone with experience in injection molding who thrives in an environment with variation, pace, and technical challenges. You enjoy when no day is the same, are solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in plastics, materials, and processes.

• Experience as a setter or technician in injection molding
• Good understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machines and processes
• Understanding of quality systems and documentation
• Experience with Wemo robots is a merit, but not a requirement

As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible. You thrive in collaboration but are also comfortable working independently.
