Become an electronics engineer at Eletta Flow in Stockholm – right in the middle of our exciting growth journey. At Eletta Flow, you will develop technology for the flow measurement of the future and work with the entire chain from idea to production. We are in a strong expansion phase with a clear focus on modernizing and digitizing our products. Development is becoming increasingly technically advanced, with a focus on circuit board design and a structured project process. Today, the electronics function is small, which makes the organization vulnerable. Therefore, we are now strengthening our competence to ensure quality, delivery capability, and continued growth. You will have a key role with great responsibility and work closely with both development, production, and international partners.

Your job offer

We offer you a broad role in a family-oriented company with a global reach. You will work in a dedicated and experienced team where decision-making paths are short and opportunities for development are great. With us, the culture is unpretentious and initiative is appreciated.

We work closely with our products and are proud that our meters are used worldwide – from Swedish industry to nuclear power projects and large export markets such as Germany, the USA, and Asia. With us, you will be seen, have an impact, and be part of an exciting growth journey in a technical industry with a bright future.

Your tasks

As an electronics engineer, you will be a central part of our development team focusing on both new development and product upgrades.

  • Develop and design circuit boards for our measuring products
  • Work with hardware-near programming and wireless communication
  • Participate in the entire development process – from feasibility study to industrialization
  • Be responsible for your own projects or subprojects
  • Contribute to a more structured and robust project implementation process
  • Collaborate with production in Sweden and abroad
  • Participate in testing, verification, and prototype development
  • Have contact with suppliers, distributors, and subsidiaries globally

You will be a key player in an ongoing strategic development project and will familiarize yourself with our existing product portfolio. At the same time, you will contribute to reducing vulnerability in the organization and increasing our development capacity in circuit board design and project management.

Worth knowing

The position is located at the headquarters in Stockholm. We currently have 25 employees in Sweden, and development takes place in close collaboration with our production units in China and India, as well as with 30 international distributors.

The development organization is composed of 2 mechanical engineers, 1 software developer, and 1 manager who is also a project leader and electronics engineer. Overall, it is a lean but competent organization with short decision-making paths and great personal responsibility.

The recruitment is part of a conscious strengthening to:
• Reduce vulnerability in the organization
• Increase development capacity in circuit board design
• Create a more robust project implementation process
• Support the company's growth and strategic focus on electrification and digitalization

The position involves international contacts and collaborations, which means that good knowledge of English is a requirement. You will work in a team but are expected to take significant personal responsibility in your projects. The company has clear leadership, satisfied employees, and a work environment characterized by pride, structure, and commitment.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone who is a civil or university engineer in electronics and has a strong interest in embedded systems and electronic design. You have experience with analog and digital hardware as well as basic knowledge of programming (C or C++).

We would like you to have some experience in leading projects or a drive to develop in that direction. You have an understanding of the interplay between hardware and software and thrive in a technical environment where you can combine creativity with structure.

You are analytical, responsible, and enjoy taking initiative. As a person, you are unpretentious, curious, and easy to collaborate with.
