The Role of Care Assistant with Us

As an employee in home care, you will work according to a schedule both during the day, evening, and weekends. Our work field allows us to cycle, walk, and drive to our clients, creating opportunities for a varied environment. To perform your work, you will have access to a company car and/or bicycle, your own work phone, and work clothes.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained or studying care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work
• holds a B driver's license

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the business. The schedule includes shifts during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

Before an employment offer, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be presented. The type of record extract to be requested is Control of own information in the criminal record. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected job title.
