About the assignment
At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier for one of ADDAS framework agreements. We are now looking for a communicator in marketing for a municipal company in Eskilstuna.

As a marketing communicator, you will work to develop and strengthen the company's employee engagement, customer communication, and customer offerings. This includes work with social media, campaigns, profiling, and web. You will work together with your colleagues towards common goals.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is creative, solution-oriented, and communicative. You find it easy to collaborate with others and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives. You have a knack for writing clearly, correctly, and engagingly. Furthermore, we see that you are a person who can take your own initiatives and is driven to achieve set goals.
Examples of overall tasks:

• Quality and coordination responsibility for campaigns and external communication
• Ensure form, tone, and brand strategy compliance
• Responsible for Instagram
• Press contacts and media monitoring
• Contact person for our Customer and Rental department
• Quality assurance of digital presentations and customer materials
• Follow-up, analysis, and optimization of campaigns
• Follow-up of our licensing agreements (music, images, sound)
• Ensure compliance with relevant marketing and media legislation.

Requirements for the position

• Post-secondary education in graphic design, digital communication, or equivalent education
• At least 3 years of experience in similar work
• Experience in campaign production, digital marketing, and social media
• Ability to express yourself well-formulated and clearly in correct Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of legal issues related to the communication field, such as GDPR, copyright, and marketing law
• Knowledge of and experience working with Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

Assignment period and scope
The assignment is full-time with immediate start and runs until 2026-12-31, with the possibility of extension. The work location is at the client's office in Eskilstuna, with some opportunity for remote work.
