WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes in filling, packing, and processing within the manufacturing industry at Oatly. You ensure that production occurs efficiently, safely, and in accordance with standard work, routines, and instructions as well as applicable hygiene regulations, safety rules, and company policies. Our factory operates 24/7, every day. Working hours are scheduled for 5 shifts.

A sneak peek at your tasks:

  • Monitor and adjust machines and equipment to ensure optimal operation
  • Quality checks and operator maintenance of production equipment
  • Identify and address technical problems and deviations in the production process.
  • Document production data and report deviations to production management according to work routines in available systems
  • Follow safety regulations and workplace environment rules
  • Escalate issues that cause OEE losses in production according to applicable escalation procedures
  • Support PSM/coordinator as needed
  • Actively participate in shift handover and report KPIs - OEE, EE, S, and Q to PSM/coordinator, ensure that ongoing record-keeping is done correctly and flag any risk of deviations

WHO YOU ARE

We also want you to

  • Enjoy working in a team, be curious and attentive
  • Have experience with hygiene and food safety
  • Have experience from work with a focus on workplace safety and high-quality standards
  • Have experience from the manufacturing industry or dairy sector
  • Master the Swedish language in speech and writing. English is a plus
  • Have an interest in technology and be practically inclined
  • Have a completed high school education
  • Have a B driver's license or forklift license
