We are looking for a dedicated bakery worker to join our team at our new factory! If you have previous experience in line work, high-paced environments, GMP/ISO-classified settings, and varied tasks, we at Sanus Gluten Free have a place for you.

Employment Type: Hourly Employment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes to produce gluten-free products
• Be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial ovens and machines
• Shape, bake, and decorate various types of gluten-free pastries
• Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized according to health and safety standards (GMP)
• Participate in production planning and help maintain an efficient production process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bakery/food industry, preferably with experience in gluten-free products
• Knowledge of gluten-free ingredients and techniques is desirable
• Ability to accurately follow recipes and measure ingredients correctly
• Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Team player with good communication skills
