We are looking for someone interested in working in food production as a production operator!

The client is located in Malmö and produces meat and charcuterie products.

The tasks include counting portions and batches, mixing recipes, and handling spices and raw meat. The work takes place in a humid environment and involves heavy lifting. Therefore, it is important that you are in good physical shape.

As a person, you are proactive, stress-resistant, and organized. Since the majority of the work is done in a team, you are also social and a true team player!

Requirements for the position:

» Available to work Monday-Friday 03:00-12:00

» You are comfortable working with raw meat (beef, poultry, game, pork)

» Previous work experience in production

» Good ability to speak, write, and read Swedish

» Driver's license B

Meritorious for the position:

» Previous work experience in the food industry, preferably in the meat, charcuterie, or slaughter industry

» Previous leadership experience, e.g., team leader

» Previous familiarity and/or knowledge of quality management systems such as LEAN or 5S

» Forklift license according to TLP 10

» Good ability to speak, write, and read English

The position is full-time with immediate start. Working hours are Monday-Friday 03:00-12:00. The position is an employment with Logent as a mobile staffing consultant.
