We are looking for a construction worker specializing in paving/tiling for our projects in landscaping and construction in Stockholm and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will primarily work with paving and tiling of surfaces such as walkways, driveways, and curbs, as well as laying paving stones and concrete slabs. You will also perform landscaping and finishing tasks such as setting, base layers, adjustments, and working with slopes and falls. Simpler construction tasks on-site may occur according to the work management's plan. The work is always carried out according to applicable occupational health and safety procedures.

We are looking for someone with documented experience in paving/tiling or equivalent construction work. You have a good work ethic, are meticulous, and have the ability to work effectively in a team. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English to understand safety instructions. Knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian is an advantage.

Employment Conditions

The position refers to SSYK 7114 (Construction Worker). The conditions are in line with collective agreements and industry practices according to the Road and Rail Agreement (Construction Companies–Seko).

Employment form: Permanent employment (probationary employment may apply).

Scope/working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week without holidays. Normally daytime with working hours scheduled between 08:00–17:00.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary starting from 29,971 SEK/month, with salary revisions according to the equivalent in the collective agreement.

Vacation: According to the Vacation Act and corresponding collective agreement (25 days/year).

Overtime/compensations: Overtime may occur as needed. Compensation and regulations for overtime/OB apply according to the corresponding level for collective agreements.

Insurance and pension: Provided according to the corresponding level for collective agreements (including relevant insurances and occupational pension).

Location/workplace: Stockholm and surrounding areas. Work takes place on projects within Stockholm County.

Start date: As agreed.
